1 Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") serve as the legal document applicable between the ktkpk platform and its users. ktkpk operates an online gaming and betting platform for users in Bangladesh.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the ktkpk website, application, and all related services.
• "User" refers to any person who has registered on ktkpk or is using the platform.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

Only persons aged 21 or above may create an account on ktkpk and use this platform. Use of the platform by minors (persons under 21) is strictly prohibited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence. In such cases, the account may be suspended and funds forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false or incorrect information is provided, ktkpk reserves the right to close the account at any time.

2.4 Account Security

• Your login credentials (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential.
• Sharing your account with anyone else or allowing a third party to use it is prohibited.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to the ktkpk support team immediately.
• The user is solely responsible for all activities carried out on the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

ktkpk provides secure and fast financial transactions through the popular mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh.

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• The correct reference number must be used at the time of deposit; otherwise the credit may be delayed.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes.
• Identity verification may need to be completed before requesting a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

ktkpk reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, place on hold any suspicious, unusual, or irregular financial transactions. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the account will be closed immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

ktkpk offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are provided subject to specific terms and conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.
• The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times (25x). This means the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• A user may receive the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
• ktkpk reserves the right to change, temporarily suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If the bonus terms are not met, the bonus and any winnings earned from that bonus may be forfeited.
• If an attempt is made to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be closed.

4.3 VIP Program

ktkpk's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and participation. ktkpk reserves the right to change the detailed terms of VIP benefits.

5 Fair Play and Prohibited Activities

ktkpk is committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and safe gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

5.1 Fraud and Manipulation

• Attempting to technically manipulate or hack any game or betting outcome.
• Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Colluding with other users (combined cheating).
• Exploiting any technical error or vulnerability in the platform.

5.2 Account-Related Prohibitions

• Creating an account while concealing your own identity or using another person's identity.
• Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or household.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account.

5.3 Penalties

If the above prohibited activities are proven, ktkpk may take the following actions: temporarily or permanently close the account, forfeit funds and winnings, and notify the relevant law enforcement authorities if necessary.

6 Responsible Gaming

• Users can set spending limits on their account.
• Self-exclusion can be activated for a specific period.

ktkpk may close a user's account for the following reasons:

If an account is closed for justified reasons, any available legitimate funds will be returned to the user.

11 Changes to Terms

ktkpk reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, users will be notified through their account or via a notice on the platform.
